We revisited Seton Nossiter Park last weekend and saw more of this wonderful place. Truly relaxing and fun bushwalking! I recounted our weekend adventure at nickballesteros.com.

Litratong Pinoy: Pula

The Pohutukawa is a tree found here in Aotearoa New Zealand which bears red flowers from December til February. It is for this reason that it is called the New Zealand Christmas tree. Its red and green combination is magnificent! The pohutukawa brings color to the mountains and surroundings.

Flowers in New Zealand 1

We were walking at Miramar, Wellington when I saw this flowering bush with orange blooms that fluttered with the wind and created a blurry effect with its spindly flowers. Very beautiful!

Christmas display window at Kircaldie & Stains

These figures moved through strings attached on levers at the ceiling. People would stop and enjoy watching these display windows, of which there were 4 in all.
